A couple nights ago I stumbled across Jonny’s blog TheLifeThing and it is ridiculously good stuff.
One article in particular, A Simple Structure That Will Change Your Life, caught my attention and I actually ended up reading it twice… going back to it the next day to read it a 3rd time… and then read it again today and took some action based off it’s insights
The article describes a lifestyle design (one of my favorite phrases!) method called The 7 Life System in which you breakdown overall life components into quite manageable chunks of, you guessed it, 7!
THE CORE AREAS IT HIGHLIGHTS ARE [AS FOLLOWS]:
- 7 life principles
- 7 life goals
- 7 before 20/30/40/50/60 goals
- 7 year goals
- 7 month goals
- 7 week goals
- 7 daily goals
Might seem trite or cliche or this or that but if your life isn’t amazingly fulfilling to the point that you can’t feel your arms then perhaps you should afford yourself the opportunity to learn a little something new… [i mean if i thought it was good... then.. well]
In the middle of working on it right now actually… and thought that maybe some blessed little soul that were to stumble across this blog should be able to enjoy the same opportunity for expansion as myself.

Constantly be learning new things, always…
always choose better and better thoughts.
Choose to NOT get caught up in Drama or take myself too seriously,,,
TAKE THE PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE; FLOAT DOWNSTREAM
give LOVE to myself and others; create eco-systems of LOVE
Visualize bigger and Bigger and HUGER realities; then create them for the Universe to ADORE
[ENJOY ever MOMENT; don't RUSH or PUSH or PULL... float, GLIDE, sail... EFFORTLESSLY]
